25(a): Caya is a one-size-fits-most diaphragm that can be used for up to 2 years before having to replace it with a new one. It can be used alone or paired with other methods to significantly decrease your risk of pregnancy. There are a few reasons why Caya may not be a good option for you. Please select from below if you have any of the following contraindications:

I am not familiar enough with my body to find my cervix and identify the space between the front of my cervix and the inside of my pubic bone or I am unable to follow instructions on how to insert the Caya device to make sure it fits appropriately
